Is My Child a Candidate?
Does your child:
Struggle with homework?

Have poor reading comprehension?
Lack self confidence or interest in reading?
Display difficulty following directions or with inattentiveness?
Read slowly or laboriously?
If you child is five years of age or older, does he or she have weak receptive (listening) or expressive
(vocabulary, speech language structure, articulation) skills?
Has been diagnosed with aphasia, apraxia, autism spectrum disorder, asperger's disorder, CAPD,
dyslexia, expressive or receptive language disorder, language processing disorder, learning disability, or
phonological disorder?
Lack the ability to sound out new words or spell with ease?
Seem to falling well behind grade level expectations and need to catch up and stay that way?
Is already successful in school but needs a competitive learning or performance edge?

If you answered “yes” to one or more of these questions, your child is an excellent candidate for our cognitive & reading skill training programs.

There's no greater fulfillment for parents than knowing we've helped our children reach
their academic potential and in watching their self-esteem go from struggling or failure to
happy, confident, successful learners. We watch this miracle happen at The Reading Lab
almost every day.

And because it is our hope that no struggling student misses the opportunity to benefit
from using our services, we offer a limited number of partial scholarships or special
payment options to deserving families.  (If you believe your family would qualify, please
don’t hesitate to contact us.)

Enroll now by submitting the "REQUEST INFORMATION" page and requesting more
information on each of these training options.
THE READING LAB is not a franchised
tutoring center. Each child enrolled is
personally supervised either in person or
online by our founder, Lila Macaluso, who
is in private practice to help students
achieve maximum academic success.

We offer several training options to ensure
all children who need our help have access
to it.
